POST.NL DELIVERY

All parcel shipments within The Netherlands are € 6,95 (max. 10 kilo). Shipments includes VAT.

Shipments within The Netherlands: 1-2 working days. Shipments in Europe: 3-5 working days.

The shippingcosts outside the Netherlands depend on the total weight (including packaging of the package). The freight charges are automatically calculated to your order. Shipping costs include postage, handling and packaging costs. Please note that we have to do to 1-2 business days to process the order. All shipments are of course provided with a transport insurance.

TRACKING AND TRACING

Packages shipped by Post.nl contain a so called Track & Trace code allowing you to locate and monitor the shipment via Internet. After sending you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace code.

DELIVERY

If a package is not delivered to you, it will be standard offered to your neighbors. When it cannot be delivered to your neighbors, it will be offered again later. The day and time of 2nd delivery depends on Post.nl. If you and the neighbors are not home on the second delivery, you will find a message in your mailbox. Then at your post office you can retrieve the consignment. There you have three weeks time.

RETURN POLICY

If you aren't happy with an item when you receive, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt, with the delivery note. We expect items returned to us to be in good condition and in an unused state complete with packaging and all components. Please inform us trough email about your wish of returning a (or more) products before sending; info@thegadgetspot.nl

We will then refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding postage and packing). We are unable to refund return postage costs. Certain products are excluded from this returns policy are items of a personal nature. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
